Job Description:
We are looking for a QA Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in manual and automation testing, along with team leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual and automated testing.
- Develop and execute test plans and scripts.
- Lead and mentor QA team members.
- Ensure defect tracking and resolution.
Requirements:
- Experience with tools like Selenium and JIRA.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC/STLC.
- Leadership and communication skills.
