QA Engineer

Overview

• Analyze and understand business requirements to design and execute functional and non-functional test cases.
• Identify, document, and track defects, conducting root cause analysis for timely resolution.
• Ensure high-quality applications for UAT and Production releases through robust testing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to improve product quality.
• Take ownership of maintaining quality and understanding the project vision.
• Perform API testing to ensure system integrations meet quality standards.
• Conduct Database testing to verify data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across applications.
• Execute end-to-end regression testing to ensure stability and detect unintended impacts.
• Implement and enforce QA best practices, company standards, and policies throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Maintain and improve documentation for test strategies, processes, and outcomes.
• Enhance and maintain test automation frameworks using tools like Cypress and Playwright.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency in testing workflows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
