QA Engineer

Overview

Role Overview:

We are looking for a QA Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the quality of incoming materials and in-process products by conducting thorough inspections, tests, and process audits. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of quality control processes in a manufacturing setup, particularly in heating element production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and verify incoming raw materials and components to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Monitor and inspect in-process products to detect any defects or deviations from specifications.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures throughout the production process.
• Conduct root cause analysis and suggest corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
• Coordinate with production and procurement teams to resolve quality-related concerns.
• Maintain proper documentation of inspection reports, test results, and non-conformances.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other industry regulations.
• Assist in conducting internal audits and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment (preferably in heating elements or electrical components).
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, inspection techniques, and testing methods.
• Familiarity with measurement tools and equipment (e.g., micrometers, calipers, multimeters, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus
