QA Engineer - NDT

Overview

We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer – NDT (Level 2 Certified) to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all structural fabrications, equipment, and installations meet client requirements and industry standards. This role requires on-site inspections for runway beams, alignments, and other structural components, along with the ability to generate quality documentation as per ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct NDT inspections (UT, PT, MT, VT) on all structural fabrications and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with engineering drawings and client specifications.
• Perform on-site inspections of runway beams, alignments, and installations.
• Prepare and maintain quality assurance documents in accordance with ISO standards.
• Identify and report any non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Collaborate with fabrication and installation teams to maintain quality standards.
• Assist in client audits and inspections when required.

Requirements:

• NDT Level 2 Certification (UT, PT, MT, VT preferred).
• Proven experience in structural fabrication quality control.
• Strong knowledge of ISO quality documentation and compliance.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Willingness to travel to project sites for inspections.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in crane/runway beam installations is a plus.
• Knowledge of welding inspections and material testing methods.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹23,500.00 per month
