Job Title: QA Automation & Manual Tester (SaaS & AI Product)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA Automation & Manual Tester with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing product team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our AI Powered SaaS-based Product by performing both manual and automated testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the Codeception testing framework, a solid understanding of QA methodologies, and the ability to think from the user's perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
● Analyze product requirements and create comprehensive test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
● Perform manual functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing across web and API layers.
● Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Codeception.
● Identify, log, and track bugs/defects in a structured and clear manner.
● Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and UI/UX teams to understand product features.
● Validate AI-powered product features and ensure data accuracy, usability, and performance.
● Conduct cross-browser and cross-platform testing for SaaS applications.
● Participate in release cycles, sprint planning, and provide quality-related feedback.
● Continuously contribute to improving QA processes, strategies, and automation frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● 1-2 years of experience in QA Testing (both manual & automation).
● Solid understanding of SaaS product workflows and testing.
● Experience in testing AI-based products or data-driven platforms is preferred.
● Hands-on experience with Codeception automation framework.
● Strong knowledge of Web Application Testing, API Testing, and Data Validation.
● Familiarity with defect tracking tools like Github Projects, Jira etc.
● Good knowledge of API requests/responses.
● Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases.
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
● Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
Good to Have:
● Experience with any additional automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, etc.).
● Knowledge of CI/CD processes and integration of automated tests.
● Experience with performance & load testing tools.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
