Position: QA Analyst Intern (Banking & Financial Applications) â Intern to Hire
Location: Bangalore (Whitefield) | In-Office Role
Internship Duration: 3 Months
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Working)
Working Hours: 10:30 AM â 7:30 PM
Stipend: â¹15,000 per month
Full-Time Package (Post Internship): â¹4.5 LPA (Based on Performance)
Job Description:
We are looking for a QA Analyst Intern with a strong foundation in Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) to join our team. This role involves working on Banking & Financial Applications, ensuring software quality and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual and automation testing for banking and financial applications.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure defect-free application releases.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding testing progress and issues.
- Participate in client-facing discussions, demonstrating expertise in financial application testing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of STLC and testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in Manual Testing & Automation Testing.
- Proficiency in test management tools and bug-tracking software.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Prior experience with client interactions is a plus.
This is an Intern-to-Hire opportunity, and candidates who demonstrate exceptional skills during the 3-month internship will be considered for a full-time QA Analyst role with a package of â¹4.5 LPA.
