Job Title: Manual Tester (3.5+ Years Experience)

Location: Remote(preferably from Kerala)

Job Type: contract -06 months

Joining: Immediate

Compensation: Rs.40,000/month+perf bonus

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Manual Tester with over 3.5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing processes, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently on projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, write, and execute detailed test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop comprehensive test plans to ensure thorough coverage of application functionalities.
• Execute manual testing across different platforms and devices.
• Identify, report, and track defects using tools like Jira.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments to ensure seamless delivery.
• Handle individual projects with minimal supervision, ensuring quality deliverables within deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3.5+ years of experience in Manual Testing.
• Proficiency in creating and executing test cases and test plans.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for defect tracking and project management.
• Proven ability to work independently on projects and handle responsibilities effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of automation testing tools (optional but desirable).
• Familiarity with any domain-specific testing (e.g., e-commerce, healthcare, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
