QA Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and 2-3 years experienced QA Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both manual and automation testing to ensure the quality and performance of our software products. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify issues and enhance the overall user experience.

Manual Testing:

• Review and analyze system specifications and requirements.
• Develop, document, and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
• Perform various testing types, including functional, regression, integration, usability, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify, record, and track bugs using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA etc.).
• Collaborate with the development team to resolve defects and ensure high-quality releases.
• Conduct exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and potential risks.

Automation Testing:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
• Build and maintain test automation frameworks for Web, Mobile, and API testing.
• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Conduct load and performance testing using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.
• Prepare test reports and provide test metrics to stakeholders.

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency in both manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, Postman, TestRail, and others.
• Knowledge of programming/scripting languages like Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI, RestAssured).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and documentation abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
