Job Role: QA Analyst
Experience: 1-2 Years
JOB Description:
• Develop detailed test plans and test cases based on software requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
• Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing of software applications to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Write and execute automated test scripts using appropriate testing tools to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Identify, document, and prioritize bugs and defects in defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and work with developers to resolve issues.
• Work closely with developers, Client, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
• Understand the end to end product integrations.
• Execute test cases and document results, ensuring that all functional, non-functional, and security requirements are tested.
• Ensure that new features or bug fixes do not negatively impact existing functionality through rigorous regression testing.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure that user requirements and business needs are met.
• Suggest and implement improvements to testing processes, methodologies, and tools to increase efficiency.
• Maintain clear documentation of test cases, test results, and bug reports, ensuring they are up to date and accessible.
• Ensure all necessary tools and systems are in place for testing purposes.
• Conduct performance, load, and stress testing when necessary to ensure software can handle expected usage levels.
• Good Communications Skills.
• Ensure all testing activities adhere to quality standards and company policies.
• Mentoring – department and peers.
• Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills take initiative to drive projects to successful conclusion.
• Experience of working in an agile project execution methodology.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?286,049.58 - ?1,313,079.35 per year
