Job Description
IND team is intended to thoroughly review data on five critical data issues Consistency, Continuity, Completeness, Validity, and Referential Integrity which might occur during the client data onboarding, implementation, and technical upgrades. The associate should check data periodically for any anomalies on an ongoing basis even after the client activation. The role also compares data from the source to the destination across multiple subject areas.

Responsibilities
This employee in this role play a vital role in the Health Data Intelligence team, serving as subject matter experts in data onboarding and standardization. This role is essential for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of healthcare data throughout onboarding, implementation, and ongoing processes. Conduct technical investigations, identify root causes of data issues, and resolve problems within the team's scope.
Collaborate with external teams when necessary to ensure timely issue resolution. Work directly with clients submitting Service Requests, managing the support process efficiently.
Review data for five critical quality factors: Consistency, Continuity, Completeness, Validity, and Referential Integrity—particularly during client onboarding, implementation, and technical upgrades.
Perform ongoing data quality checks after client activation to ensure data accuracy across multiple subject areas. Analyze and troubleshoot data inconsistencies, missing values, and errors to maintain data integrity.
Document validation processes, issue resolutions, and system improvements for transparency and process enhancement. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare data standards.
Automate validation processes wherever possible to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will apply basic engineering principles to develop methods and procedures to improve and maintain product quality standards.
