Job Summary:
Haris & Co Academy is seeking a dedicated Python Full Stack Developer Mentor to guide students in backend (Python, Django) and frontend (React) development. In this role, you’ll provide practical insights, support real-world projects, assist with office and operational tasks, and prepare students for careers in full-stack development.
Key Responsibilities:
Mentorship: Provide personalized guidance to students, clarifying concepts and tracking progress.
Curriculum Delivery: Facilitate the full-stack curriculum with hands-on projects and coding exercises.
Industry Insights: Share best practices and current trends in full-stack development.
Skills Development: Build student expertise in APIs, state management, and authentication.
Project Review: Ensure high standards in student projects.
Career Support: Guide students on portfolio building, interview preparation, and job market insights.
Operational Support: Assist with office tasks and support operational needs as required.
Qualifications:
Experience: 0-1 years in full-stack development using Python, Django, and React.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Python, JavaScript (ES6), Django, React, SQL/NoSQL databases, and RESTful APIs.
Frontend & Backend Development: Strong in HTML, CSS, and MVC architecture.
Communication & Mentorship: Excellent communicator with a passion for teaching.
Preferred:
Knowledge of AWS, Docker, testing frameworks, GitHub, and cloud deployment.
