Python Full Stack Developer Frappe Developer

Overview

We are looking for a skilled Frappe Developer with expertise in the Frappe Framework, ERP projects, and Python to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ERP systems and applications built on Frappe and ERPNext.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize applications using the Frappe Framework and ERPNext.
• Design and implement business processes and workflows within ERP projects.
• Work with Python and related frameworks to build scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Create custom modules, reports, and dashboards in Frappe.
• Optimize performance, security, and scalability of ERP applications.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services with Frappe/ERPNext.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver solutions.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in Frappe-based applications.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code.
• Stay up to date with Frappe, ERPNext, Python, and other relevant technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Frappe Framework and ERPNext development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and relevant frameworks like Flask/Django.
• Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap).
• Solid understanding of MariaDB/MySQL database management.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and integrations.
• Knowledge of server management, deployment, and bench commands in Frappe.
• Experience with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in customizing and extending ERPNext for business-specific needs.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean).
• Understanding of accounting, HR, or inventory management workflows in ERP systems.
• Contributions to open-source Frappe or ERPNext projects.
