Job Title : Full Stack Lead (Python)

Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Lead with expertise in Python to take on a leadership role in our development team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications while mentoring junior developers and ensuring high-quality code delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and architecture of web applications and software solutions using Python and related technologies.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices for front-end and back-end integration.
- Develop and maintain both client-side and server-side code to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Mentor and guide junior developers to improve their skills and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Maintain and update codebase, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on Python.
- Strong experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, Angular, etc.).
- Proficient in Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or similar.
- Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of version control tools (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
