Job Description:

As a Python Developer with JavaScript experience, you will be integral to developing both backend and frontend systems for AI agent applications. You will collaborate with our AI engineers and product team to design and implement features that enable our AI agents to learn, adapt, and perform tasks autonomously. Your expertise in Python and JavaScript will help us integrate AI models and design seamless user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

 Backend Development (Python):

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable backend systems using Python frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code to support web applications and services.
• Develop and manage databases (SQL/NoSQL) and integrate them with backend APIs.

 Frontend Development (JavaScript):

• Work with front-end teams to build and maintain interactive, responsive web applications using JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Develop front-end components that integrate seamlessly with Python-based APIs.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization for a smooth user experience.

 API Development and Integration:

• Design and implement RESTful APIs to connect frontend and backend systems.
• Collaborate with other developers to implement third-party API integrations and services.

 Testing & Debugging:

• Write unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality code.
• Debug and optimize code to improve performance and fix issues in production environments.

 Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python for backend development and integration with AI systems (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Experience with JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks like React or Vue.js for building interactive UIs.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API development and integration techniques.
• Experience in deploying and maintaining machine learning models or AI systems in production environments.
• Knowledge of database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and how to integrate them with backend services.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and collaboration tools (e.g., GitHub, GitLab).
• Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS) and how to integrate frontend and backend components seamlessly.
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AI agents or reinforcement learning frameworks (e.g., OpenAI Gym, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with real-time data processing (e.g., using WebSockets, Kafka, etc.).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and deploying machine learning models at scale.
• Knowledge of Docker or containerization for deploying scalable AI systems.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.

Education and Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in Python development, with a strong focus on backend development.
• Experience with full-stack development or frontend development using JavaScript (React, Vue.js).
• Experience working in a start-up environment or agile development teams is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
