Python Developer with Gen AI & ML

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer with expertise in Generative AI and Machine Learning to design, develop, and optimize AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming, deep learning frameworks, and experience in building, fine-tuning, and deploying generative models.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize AI/ML models for generative tasks such as text, image, and speech generation using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
• Implement and fine-tune LLMs (Large Language Models) like GPT, BERT, LLaMA, or custom transformer-based architectures.
• Work with diffusion models, GANs, VAEs, and reinforcement learning techniques to enhance generative AI applications.
• Optimize AI models for production deployment, including quantization, pruning, and knowledge distillation.
• Build and maintain scalable APIs to integrate AI models into applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, ML engineers, and product managers to develop AI-driven solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML, integrating state-of-the-art techniques into projects.
• Deploy and manage AI models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and use MLOps tools for CI/CD automation.
• Ensure ethical AI practices by addressing bias, fairness, and explainability in models.

Required Skills & Experience technical Skills:

• Strong Python programming skills and experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
• Expertise in NLP and LLMs, including fine-tuning transformer-based architectures.
• Experience with Generative AI techniques, including GANs, VAEs, and diffusion models.
• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and prompt engineering.
• Experience with cloud-based AI deployments (AWS SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML).
• Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation metrics.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, and Docker.
• Experience with databases and vector search (SQL, NoSQL, Elasticsearch, Pinecone, FAISS).
• Understanding of parallel computing and distributed training (Dask, Ray, Horovod).

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6-12 months

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
