Key Responsibilities:

As a Python Developer, you’ll focus on converting our prototypes and MVPs into scalable products by ensuring the necessary DataOps and DevOps are in place – from data ingestion and transformation to final solution deployment and observability. You will also play a key role in influencing architecture strategy and infrastructure requirements to optimize time to delivery, cost, and user experience. This role may also involve redesigning certain processes and governance mechanisms to avoid technical debt and ensure adherence to required data and development standards.

Education and Work Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science (with a science stream) or a master's degree (with a commerce stream) from at-least tier 2 engineering college in India.
• 4+ years of experience within a python development practice, with a strong focus on NLP areas.
  
  
  

Skills and experience Required:

• Ability to code in Python and PySpark. mastery in Python and a basic understanding of SQL is required.
• General knowledge across the Azure suite and knowledge of Databricks.
• Experience in pushing products into production conditions (e.g., containers, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of state-of-the-art NLP techniques and experience across common packages (e.g., CoreNLP, OpenNLP, NLTK, Spacy, Regex, TextBlob, LLM APIs).
• Strong experience in solving real client problems through data science (machine learning, statistics).
• A basic understanding of processing text data in non-English languages.
• Some experience with Large Language Models in a coding environment, including integrating these into pipelines and fine-tuning, is a plus.
