Python Developer – ERPNext & Django Experience

Overview

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with expertise in ERPNext and Django to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ERPNext customization, Frappe framework, and Django development to support our business operations and automation needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain ERPNext modules based on business requirements.
• Work with the Frappe framework to create custom apps, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain Django-based applications alongside ERPNext.
• Integrate third-party APIs and improve system performance.
• Optimize database queries and backend logic for efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and debug ERPNext & Django applications to ensure smooth operations.
• Work closely with internal teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Maintain proper documentation for customizations and configurations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Python development.
• Hands-on experience with ERPNext, Frappe framework, and Django.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL/MariaDB, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience in customizing DocTypes, Workflows, and Reports in ERPNext.
• Familiarity with Linux servers, Git, and Docker is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with HR, Accounting, Inventory, or CRM modules in ERPNext.
• Knowledge of React.js or Vue.js for frontend enhancements.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or DigitalOcean.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹215,302.16 - ₹800,000.00 per year
