Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our team in ERP development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo or ERPNext (Frappe Framework). This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining ERP solutions to streamline business operations and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain ERP solutions using Python within frameworks like Odoo or ERPNext (Frappe Framework).
• Work on module development, API integrations, and database management for ERP systems.
• Optimize backend logic, workflows, and automation scripts to enhance ERP functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing ERP functionalities.
• Implement security best practices for data integrity, role-based access, and ERP performance optimization.
• Ensure smooth deployment, upgrades, and maintenance of ERP applications.
• Work on third-party integrations with payment gateways, CRMs, and other enterprise tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python with experience in ERP development.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo or ERPNext (Frappe Framework).
• Strong knowledge of backend development, RESTful APIs, and database management (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB).
• Experience with server-side scripting, ORM frameworks, and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript (preferred but not mandatory).
• Understanding of business process automation, accounting, inventory, and CRM modules in ERP.
• Experience working with Linux servers, Docker, or cloud deployment is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured approach to development.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with custom ERP module development.
• Knowledge of Frappe Bench, Odoo Studio, and ERP data migration.
• Exposure to DevOps practices, Git version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
