Key Responsibilities:

• For Freshers:
• Develop, test, and maintain Python applications and software.
• Collaborate with senior developers to write clean and efficient code.
• Assist in the design and implementation of new features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues with the codebase.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• For Experienced Developers:
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Python-based applications.
• Work on backend systems, APIs, and microservices development.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs, improve system efficiency, and ensure high performance.
• Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and integrate data storage solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, etc.) to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices.

Requirements:

• For Freshers:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Python programming language.
• Familiarity with basic web development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
• A willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• For Experienced Developers:
• Proven experience as a Python Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Python and its frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
• Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a plus.
• Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.
• Understanding of version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize existing systems.
• Good communication skills and experience working in agile environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of data science or machine learning (optional for experienced developers).
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
