Python Developer

Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Python Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications and solutions using Python programming language. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, data analysts, and other developers, to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient applications.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong architecture and design skills building high-performance APIs using AWS services and Python.
• Design and implement highly scalable, interactive web applications with high usability
• Collaborate with product teams to iterate ideas on data monetization products/services and define feasibility
• Rapidly iterate on product ideas, build prototypes, and participate in proof of concepts
• Collaborate with internal and external teams in trouble shooting functional and performance issues
• Work with DevOps Engineers to integrate any new code into existing CI/CD pipelines
• Needs to be a team player to be able to work in an agile environment
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience as a Software Developer
• 2+ years’ experience with Python (3.12), Python libraries like Panda
• Understanding of Micro services Architecture Patterns, EKS, ECS, Docker, Container
• Understanding of frameworks connected to Python, such as flask, Django, etc
• AWS skills including Lambda’s, RDS/MySQL, API Gateways and S3, Cloud Formation
• Deep understanding of Public Cloud architectures and Agile methodologies
• A four-year degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred.
• The position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated initiative, strong work ethic, and a desire to succeed.
