Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with expertise in API development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building scalable, high-performance APIs using Flask and FastAPI, along with proficiency in AI/Generative AI (GenAI) models and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques. You will work with technologies, including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, and MQTT, to develop robust solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy RESTful and asynchronous APIs using Flask and FastAPI.
• Implement AI/GenAI/RAG-based solutions to enhance product features and performance.
• Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL for efficient data storage, retrieval, and management.
• Integrate messaging protocols like RabbitMQ and MQTT for real-time data processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality code.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in Python development, AI, and system architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field.
• 3 to 7 years of proven experience in Python development, with strong expertise in Flask and FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI models, RAG architectures, and integration into production systems.
• Proficiency in MongoDB and PostgreSQL for database design and management.
• Experience with messaging queues such as RabbitMQ and MQTT for event-driven architectures.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API principles and microservices architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to ₹1,317,319.70 per year
