Position Overview:

As a Python Developer, you’ll be a key part of our development team, working on core services for our payment gateway system. You’ll build secure, scalable back-end systems that process financial transactions, integrate third-party APIs, and ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Python-based back-end services and REST APIs.
• Work with payment APIs, encryption, and secure transaction flows.
• Collaborate with the front-end team to integrate user-facing elements.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Write clean, testable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis.

Required Skills:

• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with web frameworks: Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Knowledge of payment gateways, transactional systems, or fintech platforms is a big plus.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, OAuth2, JWT, and API security.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Git version control and familiarity with CI/CD workflows.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is advantageous.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on Python development experience (fintech experience is a bonus).
• Freshers with strong project work in fintech or API integration are also welcome.
