Python Developer

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement software solutions using Python programming language and related frameworks.
• Develop high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver features on schedule.
• Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and reliability.
• Write unit tests and automated tests to validate the correctness and performance of the software.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by QA or customers, and provide timely resolutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Python development and software engineering.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions to improve system scalability, performance, and security.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on Python programming.
• Strong proficiency in Python and its ecosystem, including experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and SQL query optimization.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Contributions to open-source projects or participation in developer communities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
