Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance Python applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing applications to improve performance and reliability.
• Implement and integrate APIs, libraries, and third-party tools as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Python and related technologies.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python with 6 to 14 years of hands-on experience.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Proficiency in working with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and writing optimized queries.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., PyTest, UnitTest) and test-driven development (TDD).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Exposure to data analysis, machine learning, or AI libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
