Overview

Introduction: We are seeking a talented and motivated Python AI/ML Engineer to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will work on cutting-edge machine learning algorithms, artificial intelligence systems, and data-driven solutions. This role requires a strong foundation in Python programming and a deep understanding of AI and ML principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions using Python.
• Work with large datasets to preprocess, clean, and engineer features to optimize model performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Train, test, and validate machine learning models, ensuring they meet accuracy and performance goals.
• Utilize frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or other relevant tools to build and improve models.
• Optimize algorithms and models for efficiency and scalability.
• Conduct research to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in AI/ML.
• Analyze and visualize data to present insights and model performance to stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain production-level systems for real-time or batch processing of data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong experience in Python programming, with deep knowledge of Python libraries such as NumPy, pandas, and Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries like TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or similar.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and AI techniques.
• Proficiency in data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering.
• Experience with deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), or computer vision is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying machine learning models.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate in an agile environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience in deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Knowledge of big data technologies such as Apache Hadoop or Spark is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
