Job Title: Python Developer (AI Assistance & AI Chatbot Development)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Python Developer with 2 to 4 years of experience to help us build AI-powered assistance systems and AI chatbots. You will collaborate with our AI and engineering teams to develop, deploy, and maintain scalable AI applications.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to expand their skill set in artificial intelligence and chatbot development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Min. 2 years of professional experience with Python programming.
• Understanding of AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Experience or exposure to building chatbots or AI assistance systems using tools like Rasa, Dialogflow, or similar.
• Familiarity with basic natural language processing (NLP) libraries such as SpaCy or NLTK.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and grow in the field of AI.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing, developing, and implementing AI chatbots and virtual assistants using Python.
• Work on natural language processing (NLP) tasks such as entity recognition, intent detection, and conversation flow.
• Integrate AI models with existing cloud services and backend systems.
• Test and optimize chatbot functionality to ensure performance, reliability, and user satisfaction.
• Debug and troubleshoot technical issues related to AI systems.
• Contribute to improving and scaling existing AI applications.
• Stay updated on AI/ML trends, particularly in chatbot and AI assistant technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
