Overview

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development and the Django framework to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain automation solutions, web applications, and system integrations to enhance business processes and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain RPA solutions using Python-based automation tools.
• Design, build, and optimize web applications using Django.
• Integrate RPA bots with databases, APIs, and enterprise applications.
• Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Perform debugging, testing, and performance tuning of applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Maintain technical documentation for RPA workflows and Django applications.
• Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with RPA frameworks (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Robot Framework, PyAutoGUI, Selenium).
• Hands-on experience in Django for backend web development.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Understanding of AI/ML libraries (optional but beneficial).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Freshers and 1+ experience in Python development with a focus on RPA and Django.
• Prior experience in automation for healthcare, finance, or enterprise applications is a plus
