Job Responsibilities

✅ Develop, customize, and optimize Odoo backend modules using Python.
✅ Write clean, scalable, and efficient code while following Odoo best practices.
✅ Integrate third-party applications and APIs with Odoo.
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve Odoo-related performance issues and bugs.
✅ Collaborate with front-end developers, business analysts, and clients.
✅ Implement and maintain Odoo server configurations and database optimizations.
✅ Stay updated with Odoo version upgrades and best practices.

Requirements

✔ Proven experience in Odoo backend development (minimum X years).
✔ Strong proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and ORM.
✔ Experience with Odoo modules like Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, and Manufacturing.
✔ Hands-on experience in developing custom Odoo modules.
✔ Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, XML-RPC, and JSON for third-party integrations.
✔ Familiarity with Linux-based server environments.
✔ Version control expertise using Git/GitHub.
✔ Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills (Bonus Points!)

➕ Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
➕ Knowledge of frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular) for Odoo web UI.
➕ Understanding of Odoo.sh, AWS, or Azure cloud environments.
