Job Description

To create practical and effective server-side applications, we are searching for a Senior Python Developer. Coaching junior developers and taking part in every stage of the software development lifecycle are among the duties of a senior Python developer. Proficient in using Python and libraries to develop various applications. In addition to writing code, Python developers must understand the business requirements, user experience, and quality assurance of the software they produce. They often collaborate with other front-end developers, software architects, system engineers, and designers to ensure the product meets the customer’s needs.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing complex software applications using Python
• Leading projects and mentoring junior developers
• Collaborating with teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
• Implementing efficient and scalable solutions
• Troubleshooting and debugging code
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation
• Participating in code reviews and ensuring high-quality code standards
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and features
• Analysing data and optimizing system performance
• Ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practice

Requirements & Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Python development
• Strong Experience in Data Ingestion and Pre-processing:

– Document Parsing: Apache Tika
– Text Pre-processing: spaCy

• Experience in Training and Model Development:

– Chabot Framework: Rasa
– Language Models: BERT, ROBERTa, Indic NLP library

• Continuous Feedback Loop and Retraining:

– Scheduling and Automation: Airflow, Luigi

• Multi-Language Support:

– NLP Libraries: spaCy, transformers (Hugging Face)
– API Layer and Integration
– API Development: FastAPI / Flask, REST APIs

• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or MSC/MCA/ related field
