About the Role

Are you passionate about Python and eager to apply it in cutting-edge AI/ML projects? We are looking for a Python Developer with a focus on AI and ML to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing Python-based AI/ML models, building scalable pipelines, and deploying intelligent systems that solve complex real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Python-Centric Model Development:
• Design and implement AI/ML models in Python using libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.
• Fine-tune Python-based pre-trained models for specific tasks.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented Python code for AI/ML workflows.
• Data Handling with Python:
• Use Python tools like Pandas, NumPy, and PySpark to preprocess, clean, and manipulate large datasets.
• Develop data pipelines for efficient model training and evaluation.
• Integration & Deployment:
• Create Python-based APIs to integrate AI/ML models into web or enterprise applications using Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
• Deploy models with Python tools like Docker and monitor them using Python scripts and libraries.
• Performance Optimization:
• Leverage Python optimization techniques to improve model efficiency.
• Use Python profiling tools to debug and optimize code performance.
• Research & Collaboration:
• Stay updated on Python advancements and AI/ML frameworks.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to build Python-driven solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Python Expertise:
• Proficiency in Python programming with a deep understanding of its ecosystem.
• Experience with Python AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
• Strong familiarity with Python libraries for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy) and visualization (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly).
• AI/ML Knowledge:
• Solid understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Python implementations of ML algorithms.
• Tools & Platforms:
• Experience with version control tools like Git.
• Knowledge of deploying Python-based ML models using Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical ideas effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Proficiency in Python-based Big Data tools like PySpark.
• Familiarity with Python frameworks for Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as spaCy or NLTK.
• Knowledge of MLOps tools for managing Python-based pipelines.
