Python Backend Developer

Overview

Job Description: Python Backend Developer (3+ Years Experience)
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI or other frameworks).
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Build reusable, testable, and efficient code to support the development of high-performance applications.
• Write unit tests, integration tests, and conduct thorough debugging to ensure system reliability.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement security and data protection best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for software development.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in backend development with Python.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Python and web frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and development.
• Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL, e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies is a plus.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to debug and optimize code.
• Collaboration: Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
