Overview

Job Summary

We are seeking skilled Python Developers with expertise in AI and machine learning models, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidates will have a strong background in developing and implementing AI-driven solutions across multiple sectors, including retail supply chain management, manufacturing (MFH), and healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and implement Python-based AI and ML models to solve complex business problems.

- Utilize NLP techniques to enhance data processing and analysis capabilities.

- Work with LLMs to develop applications that improve user interactions and decision-making processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective AI solutions.

- Analyze and optimize existing AI models for improved performance and accuracy.

- Document and communicate findings, methodologies, and results to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 4 to 5 years of experience in Python development, specifically in AI and machine learning.

- Proficiency in NLP techniques and frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with LLMs and their applications.

- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development best practices.

- Experience in one or more of the following sectors:

- *Retail Supply Chain*: Developing solutions for inventory management, demand forecasting, and supply chain optimization.

- *Manufacturing (MFH)*: Implementing AI models for predictive maintenance, quality control, and production efficiency.

- *Healthcare*: Utilizing AI for patient data analysis, diagnostics, and enhancing healthcare delivery systems.

Desired Skills

- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
