Project Manager + Technical Lead (.NET)

Overview

Need a highly skill .Net developer cum project manager who has experiencing leading multiple teams/projects and ensure end to end delivery of projects.

Experience: 6+ Years

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of .NET-based software projects.
• Coordinate between development teams and stakeholders.
• Track project timelines, milestones, and budgets.
• Lead a team of developers in designing, coding, and testing .NET applications.
• Ensure technical solutions are scalable, efficient, and maintainable.
• Perform code reviews, mentor junior team members, and enforce coding standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing .NET software projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management tools and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Excellent understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Strong mentoring, communication, and teamwork capabilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,440,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus

• Sohana, Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
