We are looking for a highly motivated Scrum Master with an MBA degree to join our team. This role offers recent graduates an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while gaining hands-on experience in managing diverse projects from initiation to completion.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company goals.

*Key Responsibilities:*

•  Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects

•  Work closely with team members to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines

•  Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle

•  Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise

•  Create and maintain project documentation, such as project plans, reports, and presentations

•  Identify potential risks and work with senior management to develop mitigation strategies

•  Ensure that project outcomes meet business requirements and quality standards

*Qualifications:*

•  MBA degree (recent graduate)

•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•  Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

•  Strong organizational and time-management skills

•  Proficiency in project management software

•  Familiarity with Agile methodology is preferred

•  Passion for leadership, with a keen interest in project management and team coordination
