Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a delivery manager at Onelab Ventures in Pune. The Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing project planning, program management, and ensuring successful delivery of Information Technology projects. The role will require strong analytical skills, effective communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Delivery: Manage the delivery of client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all objectives are met according to scope, budget, and timeline.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of project managers, business analysts, and developers, providing direction, support, and ensuring high performance.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing regular updates, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with stakeholders across departments, including engineering, sales, and product teams, to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks in project execution and proactively implement mitigation plans.
• Budget and Resource Management: Oversee resource allocation, track project budgets, and ensure efficient use of resources to meet project goals.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and comply with project requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvements, methodologies, and best practices to optimize delivery performance and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5-8 years of experience in project management, with at least 2-3 years in a delivery management role in a tech or services-oriented environment.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello).
• Experience in managing delivery in software development, IT services, or consulting projects.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Client Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience managing client expectations and relationships.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially in high-pressure situations.
• Budget Management: Experience managing project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines.
• Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?770,452.88 - ?1,773,277.02 per year
