LodgIQ is seeking a skilled Business Analyst – Data Integrations with a minimum of 4 years of experience in hotel technology or business analytics.
This role involves managing data integration projects, bridging the gap between business operations and technology teams, and ensuring smooth, efficient integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead data integration projects, including scoping, planning, and execution, ensuring timely delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
Serve as a liaison between business/operations teams and technology developers to facilitate effective communication.
Oversee maintenance and enhancement of existing integrations, addressing bugs, and assisting with root cause analysis (RCA) for escalations.
Document workflows, processes, and best practices for ongoing and future projects. Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for scalability and efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
(Must Have) Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a hotel technology or business analytics role, preferably with experience managing data integration projects.
Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in database querying (e.g., SQL).
Familiarity with data integration concepts, such as APIs or ETL workflows, is advantageous but not mandatory. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
Hotel Technology Expertise: Understanding of systems like PMS, CRS, Channel Managers, or RMS.
Project Management:
Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and collaborate on solutions.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams. Attention to Detail: Methodical approach to documentation, testing, and deployment.
Preferred Qualifications: (Good to Have) Exposure to debugging tools and basic troubleshooting methodologies. Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a bonus but not required.
Understanding of data security and privacy considerations in the hospitality industry.
