Required Technical/ Functional Competencies

Agile Methodologies:

• Has deep knowledge of agile methodologies and principles.
• Able to coach others in the use of Agile methodologies.

Facilitation:

• Good understanding of facilitation principles and techniques.
• Can effectively facilitate small-medium size group discussions, encourage participation, and promoting collaboration and engagement among team members.
• Has experience of project process definition, conducting facilitations for the projects and sharing the reports.

Coaching and mentoring:

• Has Good knowledge of coaching and mentoring techniques.
• Able to coach and mentor team members and stakeholders effectively, such as by helping them set goals, overcome obstacles, and improve their performance and collaboration.

Agile Tools:

• Able to effectively use Agile tools to manage Agile projects.

Agile Technical Practices:

• Has good knowledge of agile technical practices.
• Can effectively apply one or more agile technical practices to support the delivery of high-quality project.

Change Management:

• Basic understanding of change management techniques
• Able to work on change management requirement.
