Job Title: Project Manager / Senior Business Analyst (PM/Sr. BA) (Experience 4-5 Years)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager / Senior Business Analyst (PM/Sr. BA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in translating project requirements into designs in collaboration with the UI/UX team, as well as overseeing the entire project lifecycle from requirement gathering to delivery. The role involves client communication, team management, task creation, tracking project progress, and providing strategic solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Translate business needs into clear, actionable project specifications.

· Collaborate with the UI/UX design team to ensure that designs align with client requirements and project goals.

· Review wireframes, prototypes, and final designs to ensure they meet the project requirements.

· Break down project requirements into detailed tasks.

· Assign tasks to appropriate team members and ensure deadlines are set and met.

· Use project management tools to maintain clear, up-to-date task lists and priorities.

· Develop project timelines, track milestones, and manage resources to ensure on-time project delivery.

· Monitor project status, identify risks, and implement risk mitigation strategies

· Ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget constraints.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

· Provide regular project updates to clients, address their concerns, and ensure their requirements are met.

· Recommend solutions to clients based on their evolving needs and industry trends.

· Conduct regular team meetings to track progress, address roadblocks, and adjust project plans as needed.

· Ensure team members are aligned with project goals and timelines.

· Follow up with team members and clients to ensure clear communication and timely delivery.

· Provide insights into process improvement and operational efficiencies based on project learnings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
