As a Scrum Master at Kyndryl, you will play a key role in specific project deliverables and will work on driving the defined projects or tasks by adhering to agile methodologies. This is a full hands-on position that requires previous experience with agile practices in DevOps environment.

A day in this role:

• Managing tasks and orchestrating a collaborative environment where the teams can thrive.

• Manage the scrum events, which may include sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.

• Work to remove obstacles that may be hindering the team's progress. This can involve addressing external dependencies, resolving conflicts within the team, and ensuring that the team has the necessary resources to complete their work.

• Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Coach Team Members: Guide team members in Agile practices and help them understand and implement Scrum principles.

• Remove Obstacles: Identify and remove any impediments that hinder the teams progress.

• Collaborate with Product Owners: Work closely with product owners to manage backlogs and new requests.

• Ensure Quality: Ensure that deliverables meet the required quality standards at the end of each sprint.

• Promote Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Required Technical and Professional Experience

• Minimum 12+ Years experience in Scrum Master.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role leading large scale projects.

• Have experience in running System scrum teams and integration of subsystems.

• Excellent understanding of the SAFe Scrum framework and Agile methodologies.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to resolve conflicts and remove obstacles effectively.

• Strong servant leadership skills to guide and support the team.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / SAFe scrum master or similar Agile certifications.

• Familiarity with System development processes and tools.
