About the Role
The Product Forensics & Fix team provides forensics analysis and remediation solutions to effectively address, mitigate and control issues that impact commercial customers operating commercial lending products. This role forms part of a team responsible for delivering important product fix initiatives to the Lend & Grow product portfolio via matrix line management of a team based in GCC.
As a Product Fix Manager, the role involves leading a team and overseeing delivery to ensure product issues are resolved promptly, while keeping our commitments to customers by focusing on both customer and banker needs. The Product Fix Manager will work with the Product Fix Lead to address complex technology and business challenges and implement changes to products that may require updates to technology, processes or documentation across various business units.

What will your day look like?
As a Product Fix Manager, you will:
Prioritise, sequence, and maintain the Product Fix Backlog
Elicit, analyze and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business needs while balancing stakeholder expectations, technical constraints and regulatory considerations, using predictive or agile methodologies as appropriate
Break down epics, themes and features into clear, sprint-ready user stories
Communicate the vision and goals at the start of each Release and Sprint to the team
Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to ensure the product meets their needs
Coordinate with tribe leads and other Product Owners for necessary support
Lead and coach the team by fostering collaboration, supporting professional growth and ensuring alignment with organizational goals
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
2+ years of people management experience to guide and develop team members using effective coaching techniques.
5+ years of Business Analysis experience in translating business requirements into practical, effective solutions.
Competence in identifying, assessing and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
Strong skills in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to drive informed business decisions.
Gather and clarify requirements to ensure effective development while balancing stakeholder needs and constraints.
Change management expertise to plan and execute change initiatives through strategic collaboration
Good to have - knowledge, skills and experiences
Experience in planning and prioritisation across people, process, and technology, including managing dependencies.
Expertise in providing counsel and thought leadership through clear advice and recommendations.
Strong skills in relationship management and influencing to build and maintain beneficial partnerships.
