Our team sits at the intersection of data engineering, infrastructure, and efficiency. We aim to accelerate the work of every engineering team by building comprehensive, user-friendly Shared Platform APIs that underpin all our data and products.
About The Role
As a Process Excellence Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in enhancing our Process Excellence framework. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that drive operational efficiency and support the company's strategic goals. Your expertise will help teams adopt best practices by equipping them with the right methodologies, tools, and insights to optimize processes.
Responsibilities
A degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory. We value diverse educational backgrounds and practical experience.

About The Role
As a Process Excellence Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in enhancing our Process Excellence framework. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that drive operational efficiency and support the company's strategic goals. Your expertise will help teams adopt best practices by equipping them with the right methodologies, tools, and insights to optimize processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support Process Excellence initiatives, collaborating with the Process Excellence community.
- Maintain the Process Excellence Framework to improve process leveling and framework maturity.
- Perform user onboarding activities for our Enterprise Business Process Analysis software, ensuring new users have access and training resources.
- Track and update tool metrics to measure adoption and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to BPMN 2.0 Process modeling standards across all process models.
- Conduct training sessions on process modeling, best practices, and tool capabilities.
- Act as the primary contact for all process modeling inquiries and support needs.
- Engage process designers to publish their processes for improved transparency.
- Engage with vendors for product support and feature enhancements.
- Maintain and update Process Excellence and BusinessOptix SharePoint sites.
- Ability to work independently and lead initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Focus on data-driven analysis to improve decision making.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience in Business Process Management, Process Excellence, or Transformation Programs.
- Hands-on experience in designing processes using BPMN 2.0 compliant tools.
- Proficiency in administration capabilities around BPM/BPA Tools.
- Experience in developing and enhancing process frameworks.
