Key Responsibilities:
Process Data Management: Maintain and optimize Aspen IP 21 data historian for real-time process data collection.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Extract, analyse, and visualize data using SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
Integration & ETL: Develop and manage ETL workflows for seamless data integration across industrial automation systems.
Industrial System Support: Work with SCADA, PLCs, and MES to ensure smooth data flow.
Compliance & Validation: Ensure adherence to GMP, FDA, and process validation standards.
Performance Monitoring: Optimize system performance using cloud platforms and predictive analytics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Expertise in Aspen IP 21, SQL, and process data management.
Strong knowledge of ETL tools and data integration processes.
Familiarity with SCADA, PLC, and industrial automation systems.
Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure).
Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations (GMP, FDA compliance).
Experience with incident management tools (ServiceNow, Jira).
