Private Cloud Engineer

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Private Cloud Design and Implementation:

Design and deploy private cloud infrastructure based on organizational requirements.

Implement and manage virtualization technologies to support private cloud services.

Infrastructure Management:

• Monitor and maintain the health of private cloud servers, storage, and networking components.
• Perform routine system and security audits of private cloud infrastructure.

proficiency in at least one major public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell).

• Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.

Public Cloud Architecture: ( Desirable)

• Design and implement scalable and reliable solutions on public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate cloud services to meet business requirements.

Knowledge on Morpheus – Cloud Management Portal ( Desirable)

• Deploy, configure, and maintain the Morpheus platform to ensure compatibility with existing systems and infrastructure.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex Morpheus platform issues with timely and effective solutions.
• Maintain the Morpheus platform with regular updates and patches to ensure security, performance, and reliability.

Qualifications:

Experience with Private and public cloud - AWS Azure.

• A thorough understanding of cloud computing principles and best practices.
• Basic programming knowledge and experience with scripting languages such as Python, Git, Bash, Ansible, and PowerShell is advantageous.
• Understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) concepts and tools, core compute, storage, virtualization, and networking concepts and devices.

Understanding of cloud-based security protocols and best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving and logical troubleshooting skills.
• Effective verbal communication and collaboration skills
• Demonstrates excellent listening and information gathering skills, as well as the ability to accurately document customer requirements.
• Knowledge of the ITIL Framework, including incident, service request, change, and problem management.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Able to work in a 24x7x365 environment with a rotating shift.

Certifications: ITIL, VCP, Any Cloud certification

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,300,000.00 per year
