What the role offers:
- Should be able to independently develop complex software
- Takes ownership of code quality. Actively and effectively reviews source code, takes defect prevention steps in software developed.
- Interacts well with peers and communicates in a clear and concise manner both verbally and written on his/her work.
- Actively participate and contribute to analysis, design, planning, processes, etc., Raise issues where needed and create sensitivity towards timely resolution of problems.
- Adopt agile development methodologies and test-driven development.
- JAVA programmingexperience of at least 12 to 16 years.
- Experience in a Linux environment, running and configuring Java applications. Experience in developing multi-threaded applications.
- Familiarity with the principles of the REST / SOAP API.
- Knowledge in MongoDB
- Experience in writing unit tests
- Familiarity with Agile development methodology
- Leading teams, mentoring, and coaching junior members
