YOUR IMPACT
We are seeking a talented and motivated C++ Principal Software Engineer to join our team. As a Principal Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in evaluating architecture solutions, designing software solutions, leading technical decisions and maintaining software solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate high-level requirements into actionable plans, and lead other team members to successful project execution.

What The Role Offers

• C++: Proficiency inC++programming is essential. You’ll be working on a C++ based Windows Application that requires C++ development skills. Knowledge of JAVA is a plus.
• Requirements Translation: Translate high-level business requirements into technical plans. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• End-to-End Development Lifecycle: Understanding of the entire software development lifecycle, including unit testing, end-to-end testing, and deployment processes.
• Customers approach: Customer facing approach, ability to work with customers is a must.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 16+ years of proven experience as C++ developer.
• Architecture and design experience. Experience in communicating with other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features and technical designs.
• Expertise in building scalable, distributed application using cloud technologies such as AWS, microservices architecture etc.
• Lead the design, development, DevOps and project activities such as planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives and collaborate with stakeholders to drive project goals.
• Ability to solve complex technical problems and accomplish with minimal supervision
• Maintain a current understanding of industry and technology trends.
• Be part of organization-wide initiatives and drive the change
• Strong hands-on experience in C++, STL, Multithreaded programming and optionally in Java/JEE
• Excellent programming and debugging skills. Ability to diagnose hard-to-debug problems like crashes and memory leaks using tools such as windbg.
• Good programming practices with solid object-oriented development experience.
