Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Design, Implement and manage AWS infrastructure components, including Athena, SSM, EC2, S3, Glue, RDS, Dynamo DB, Lambda, Lake Formation, CloudFormation and other relevant services.
- Debug build and job failures at Platform level
- Monitor and optimize the performance and cost of AWS resources.
- Implement and maintain security best practices and compliance requirements within the AWS environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, collaborating with development, business users and operations teams.
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical infrastructure support.
- Document infrastructure configurations and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of experience in application development
- 4+ years of experience in on AWS
- Good understanding of CI/CD, Jenkins pipelines.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Demonstrable experience of working on a team that is geographically dispersed.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Cloud Certification (AWS)
- Prior knowledge or experience of working in Asset Management domain is a plus.
- Experience with Container technologies (Docker, EKS, ECS)
- Experience in CICD process
- Experience working with SumoLogic
