Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant - Business Analyst
The role includes understanding business process and business requirements and translate them to detailed software requirements, Proactively communicate with Clients and developers, ensure communication flows timely and accurately across multiple project stake holders, manage multiple priorities in a calm and efficient way, document and analyze requirements, understand technical tradeoffs that have business impact and communicate them to the Clients, effectively communicating with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements like GUI, screen and interface designs, acting as an interface between business units, technology teams and support teams.
Responsibilities
Process Mapping: Analyze and map current business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
Business Process Re-engineering: Re-engineer business processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.
Requirements Gathering: Elicit, document, and manage business and technical requirements from stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and alignment.
Automation Opportunity Evaluation: Assess and identify opportunities for automation within business processes, and develop business cases to support automation initiatives.
Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of new processes and automation solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure their needs are understood and addressed, and to secure buy-in for process improvements and automation initiatives.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and changes to ensure transparency and traceability.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business analysis and process re-engineering methodologies.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Proven experience in business analysis, process mapping, and business process re-engineering.
Strong skills in requirements gathering and documentation.
Ability to evaluate and identify automation opportunities within business processes.
Experience with change management and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
BE/ B tech. / MCA / MSc. / BSc.
