Job Title – Principal - Business Analyst
The Purpose of This Role
The Vision and Mission of Solutions Office is to enable our internal customers and clients with simple, intuitive, and scalable solutions to reduce risk and effort. In this role, you will lead the projects, gather, access and scope requirements, groom the stories in collaboration with development and automation teams and rollout the solutions to the users. You will also be required to work on complex data requests which include gathering the data from Fidelity systems, use excel to analyze, consolidate, and summarize the data in the required format and deliver to requestors.

It helps identify and complete activities/capabilities that can be transitioned to us which allows our business partners to be more focused on delivering results to our clients, prospects, and advisor community.
Our team provides solution development and execution support using agile techniques, a “good/better/best” approach, and domain expertise to rapidly re-engineer and automate front-end processes. We provide solutions across all WI and SPS products and services as well as partner with Fidelity International
Location : Bangalore - EGL
Shift timings: 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm

The Expertise We’re Looking For
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proficient in pulling reports from different sources, aggregating, and summarizing in the client’s required format.
- Proficient in requirement gathering, analysis and documentation
- Proficient in understanding business processes and creating process flows
- Ability to complete complex requests needing high degree of domain and process knowledge
- Ownership of services such as corporate actions, deconversions as a SME
- Consult with Relationship Managers and explain them the process as a SME
- Facilitate discussions with diversified stakeholders.
- Flexible, with a willingness to adapt to the changing needs of the solutions office
RM Support Request Execution
- Execute on activities related to (but not limited to) producing client-specific content, fulfilling internal and external data requests, and performing plan service reviews and enablement activities
- Support the needs of the WI Relationship Management team, internal business partners and other Relationship Mgmt. support teams
- Identify, capture, analyze, consolidate, and distribute data in requested format
- Process requests according to business requirements and documented procedures in a timely manner
- QC output to ensure data accuracy and adherence to specifications
- Seek clarification and refine requirements by interacting with the requestors
- Log, track and communicate status of request to key stakeholders
- Pursue opportunities to streamline, improve and standardize processes
- Identify and implement best practices when executing on Solutions Office activities
- Identify and troubleshoot complex process points with the Managing Directors
- Managed and cultivate strategic relationships with Managing Directors
- Track progress and follow up with key stakeholders
- Pilot and deploy solutions.
- Work with aligned partners on tech solutions
- Collaborating with Senior Leaders to keep projects on task
- Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Building trust with end-customers (Relationship managers and business partners)
- Strong work ethic with focus on continuous improvement and enhancing the team environment.
- Experience performing sophisticated data analysis and data aggregation
- Keen ability to navigate organization to find information
- Penchant for detail, quality assurance and timely delivery
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Project management experience
- Story telling, process flow and road mapping skills
- Strategic thinking across teams and processes
- Proven professional demeanor and ability to engage multiple levels of the organization; work independently with minimal direction.
- Influencing Leadership levels
- Coaching and mentoring the team in Domain and Functional skills.
- US Employee Benefits administration domain knowledge would be an advantage
