Job Description: We are seeking a Presales Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This junior role is pivotal in supporting the global Systems Engineering (SE) Leadership with reporting and data aggregation tasks. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is flexible, intelligent, and able to work with urgency, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the global SE Leadership team with reporting and data aggregation requests.
• Use Microsoft Excel, Salesforce.com, Tableau, and other systems to source, gather, analyze, and compile data.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in the creation of dashboards and reports to support business decisions.
• Identify trends and insights to help drive strategic initiatives.
• Maintain and update databases and systems as required.
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in SQL and Database Management
• Experience creating reports and process documentation.
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science
• Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications
• Experience with data visualization
• Experience with Salesforce and Tableau Dashboards/Reports creation is a must.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate with urgency and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in analytics and systems development
• Experience in presales operations is a plus but not required.
• Proactive and adaptable mindset.
• SFDC Admin Certification is a plus.
• Experience with channel/partner ecosystem data and reporting is a plus.
