Overview
- What you will do in this role:
- Act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams for AI/ML and custom software solutions.
- Work closely with clients to gather requirements, define business needs, and document functional and technical specifications.
- Lead pre-sales activities, including preparing proposals, presentations, RFP responses, and proof of concepts (PoCs).
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop AI/ML-driven solutions that align with business objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies for AI/ML and custom application projects.
- Assist in defining solution architecture, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies.
- Develop business cases, ROI analysis, and solution roadmaps to support sales teams.
- Engage with clients for demos, technical discussions, and requirement clarifications.
- Work with product and development teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical feasibility.
- Stay updated on AI/ML advancements, industry trends, and emerging technologies to enhance solution offerings.
- What qualifications you will need:
- verall 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Pre-Sales for AI/ML solutions-custom applications.
- Technical & Business Skills:
- Impeccable communication skills in English
- Has consulted US businesses
- Understands ML/AI universe inside out - tracks and tinkers with latest developments in AI universe
- Has hands-on AI dev experience
- Should be comfortable in discussing technical-level problems with the customers and the internal team
- Razor-sharp focus on business use cases
- Ability to converse with customers to get them to open up about their challenges, aspirations, and priorities
- Ability to research and develop a solution outline
- Ability to identify and articulate the value proposition of the proposed solution
- Ability to create implementation plans with an Agile SDLC
- Work with and mentor a team of junior pre-sales executives
